We have 10 workstations and run apps that allow remote access. Our business runs 24/7/365, and our software is essential to having our employees in the field at multiple locations. Prior to our starting the maintenance program or computing system would go down with some regularity. Machines would freeze, be intermittently unresponsive, or infected with some kind of virus or Trojan that snuck through. Since installing the maintenance program our system rarely experiences problems. BDB scans it regularly and performs updates in a way that does not interfere with our work.
